Vision processors have been developed for the greatest flexibility offering multi-camera support, a standalone hardware platform running a fully accessible operating system. This architecture offers both OEMs and end user customers the flexibility and power to support the most complex vision applications without burdening existing systems by offering greater storage capabilities, local image storing and data management capabilities. With versions supporting Gigabit PoE, system design and implementation are greatly reduced while image acquisition and transfer speeds are increased. Versions supporting up to 4 independent cameras are available, with independent processing for each camera creating a very powerful yet cost effective vision solution.
