Would you be interested in saving 50%
of your wiring time while greatly increasing the reliability
of your connections and eliminating electrical problems caused
by loose wiring?
Whether you are an OEM that ships your machine around the world,
an end user who installs their own control cabinets, or a Manufacturer
that uses PCB mounted terminal blocks we can help.
In 1977 WAGO Corp. invented and patented a spring pressure wire
connection system trade named CAGE CLAMP. This innovative product
development has revolutionized wiring systems. The product reduces
wiring time by at least 50% while eliminating loose connections
due to shock vibration or temperature fluctuations. The Cage
Clamp system is used in a wide range of high reliability applications
from elevator control, shipboard applications, military applications,
trains and automotive applications, etc.
The CAGE CLAMP system accepts wire gauges from 000 to 28 AWG.
The system will accommodate all types of wire including solid,
stranded, fine stranded, tinned wire, crimped ferrules, and
crimped pin terminals.
Diamond Technologies has helped numerous manufactures, panel
builders, electrical contractors and machine builders implement
this technology into their products and processes. These applications
include medical, biomedical, semiconductor, food/beverage, water
filtration systems, automotive equipment, high-speed assembly,
material handling, chemical processes, military, telecommunications,
Computer Production and Computer Peripheral production, and
many more. We also provide engineering assistance in specifying
the correct components for your applications. We can also provide
tips on using the product to further reduce installation time
and design and build custom rail assemblies.
If you have ever had a machine go down in your plant or sent
a maintenance person or technician across the country to fix
a machine and the problem turned out to be a loose wire you
know the value this product can bring to your company.
We have over 50,000 components based on this technology.
